How Do I go About Scheduling An Appointment?

The best way to get on my schedule is going on my website and booking online, filling out a contact form, email, or calling (503) 567-2907.

I try my best to be as available when people want to call. However, if I'm in session or busy, online is the best route. If you happen to call and I do not answer, please leave a voicemail.

Will I get a full 60 minutes of massage when I book a 1 hour appointment?

Your payment covers the entire massage treatment time; there are no additional charges for the intake process or the time it takes you to dress.

What If i am late to my appointment?

Please arrive on time for your appointment. Time for your appointment has been specially arranged for you.

If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. I will do my best to provide you with the services you have booked, but I cannot guarantee the full time if you arrive late.

Full payment for your scheduled services will be expected.

What should I do if I need to cancel my appointment?

If you need to reschedule/cancel your appointment, please let me know at least 24 hours in advance. If you cancel under 24 hours, this will result in 50% charge of service. No Call, No Show results in 100% charge of service.

What forms of payment do you accept?

I accept Cash, Credit Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Gift Certificates, and HSA/FSA cards.

Do you take insurance? What if I have a flexible spending account (FSA)?

I do not accept insurance at this time. However, HSA/FSA cards are accepted.

Do you offer couples massage?

To put it simply, I'm just a one person practice. Although, we can work together to schedule something where both partners are able to receive massage, just at different times of the day.

How Often Should I get a Massage?

Determining the frequency of your massages depends on your unique needs and circumstances. Factors such as your physical condition, mental and emotional well-being, and budget come into play. Ideally, receiving a massage on a weekly basis offers the most benefits. However, we understand this might not be feasible for everyone.

If weekly sessions aren't possible, committing to a monthly massage can still yield positive changes in your physical health and stress levels. Ultimately, the choice is yours and should align with your comfort, pain relief, and overall well-being. Together, we can tailor a massage schedule that best suits your individual requirements.
